Era Training Center employs only the best instructors in the industry. All ETC instructors are Certified Flight Instructors (CFI) and Certified Flight Instructors Instrument (CFII).
Line pilots first and foremost, they have a wide range of operating experience and extensive instructional backgrounds from one of two areas: former Military Instructor Pilot/Standardization Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor/Instrument Flight Instructor from civilian flight schools. As subject matter experts (SMEs), they are experienced in teaching and evaluating students in classrooms and on FSTDs, Full Flight Simulators (FFSs) and aircraft.
